HATHA YOGA TEACHER TRAINING – 500HRS

Helga was originally born in Peru. Once she migrated to Australia, she discovered yoga for the first time at age 15. Helga was always curious to understand the secrets of the ancient practice from a very young age. She first started practicing the hot yoga sequence for many years. When she moved to Dubai, her busy life as a flight attendant, led her to rely heavily on her yoga practice to maintain the very busy lifestyle, she also became passionate about understanding Yoga Psychology, to help her cope with the stressors of everyday life.

In 2019 she embarked the journey to the birthplace of yoga – Rishikesh in India, where she was initiated into her meditation practice. While living in Doha-Qatar she began organizing wellness events, to help spread the word of yoga and all its benefits.

During 2020 she moved back to Australia while successfully completing a yearlong Holistic Counselling training program developed by Dr Gabor Mate and in 2022 she began her long awaited 500hr - Hatha and Kriya Yoga Teacher training program with Raj Kriya & Traditional Yoga School.
