I began my practice as a kid with my mother, where yoga is considered as a blessing from our ancestors.
Gulshan began her practice as a child and naturally developed an interest in yoga as a way of life. Soon after her graduation in communication design, she started living in Auroville, India – where community living, yoga, and spiritual research is the base of life. She kept working at a grassroots level, for and with the community for three years which inspired her to complete professional training in Yoga Instruction and meditation.
Gulshan completed her training in Bangalore, India from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana, a Yoga university. She has been teaching beginners’ yoga to kids, teenagers, and senior citizens ever since. She has also been researching yogic scriptures as a result of personal interest. She was recently certified by the Government of India and the Quality Council of India as a Yoga Instructor, which is mandatory certification for yoga professionals in India.
She is looking forward to learning and teaching as much as she can and serve through the gift of yoga and blessings that she has gained in the past few years.
